Presentation Title Establishing A Framework For Making Difficult Financial Decisions
Description Establishing a decision framework helps do the right thing for the client while protecting you from liability. In our litigious society, it is imperative that you follow a consistent repeatable approach to making large and small decisions for your beneficiaries/wards. Participants will learn how to follow the 6-D decision framework when making difficult decisions: Due Diligence, Depletion Analysis, Determination of Risk, Diversification, Delegation and Documentation. We will help guardians create a defined repeatable process to help make decisions for their beneficiaries/wards. Participants will also learn how evaluate risk and to understand what they can do to reduce it as much as possible.
